Experienced Veterinary Receptionist

Alpine Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Care Representative to join our team! Alpine Animal Hospital is a general practice located in Mountain View, CA. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
  • Maximize clinic productivity through proper scheduling and confirmation of appointments
  • Prepare, record, and maintain any required documents or medical records 
  • Keep hospital facility disinfected, organized and neat
  • Obtain deposits and payments from clients
  • Utilize computer systems like email applications, chat support, and veterinary programs
  • Educate clients on veterinary services and care

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • At least 1 year of Veterinary Receptionist experience 
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Knowledge of veterinary procedures, terminology, medications, vaccinations, and other products
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in using computer systems 

Available Schedule: Full-time position, shifts will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

  • We are open: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Closed Saturdays and Sundays
